This page covers the No Robot site. No Robot delivers a decision that already exists. It does not decide care, and it is not an insurer, a provider, or a reviewer of anyone's benefits.

The specimen printer

When you deliver a specimen notice, or return a reply through the unit, the words stay in your browser. They are not sent, stored, or logged. The notice and the receipt are marked specimen because they are a demonstration, not a filing and not a determination of benefits.

What an assignment stores

If you file with the desk, and the desk accepts it, we store:

• the organization you name
• the role being spared
• the work email
• the decision text you submit
• the time it was filed

If the unit is not commissioned, the form is refused. In that case nothing is stored and nothing is emailed.

Who else sees a filed assignment

• Google Firebase holds the assignment record.
• SendGrid delivers it to the desk, and a reply can go back to the work email on the form.
• Vercel hosts the site.

We do not sell the assignment, and we do not use it to advertise.

How to reach the desk

A reply uses the work email on the assignment. This site has no separate mailbox. Do not send a patient's chart, a member id, or anyone else's medical information through the form.
